Question 1

Do you work on all vehicle makes and models?

Accepted Answer

We work on virtually all makes and models, with particularly deep experience on luxury and exotic performance vehicles. Our portfolio includes BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi, Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Range Rover, Land Rover, and many others. We have dedicated service pages for a number of these marques because owners of these vehicles have specific needs and expectations, and our team understands the nuances of each paint system, body panel configuration, and surface material involved. Whether you drive a brand-new daily driver or a limited-production hypercar worth more than most homes, our standards, process, and level of care remain identical. Every vehicle in our shop is treated as if it were our own.

Question 2

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Our shop is based in Hawthorne, CA, in the heart of the South Bay, and we built Bulletproof Auto Spa to serve this region’s luxury and exotic vehicle owners. Most of our clients come from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Playa del Rey, and El Segundo, all within about 15 minutes of our facility, along with Torrance and the rest of the South Bay.
We also regularly serve clients from Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Inglewood, Gardena, Lawndale, Lomita, Long Beach, the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, and even San Diego for our XPEL-certified installations.
And if you can’t come to us, we can come to you. We offer convenient pickup and delivery from pretty much anywhere in the United States and around the world, so distance is never an obstacle to getting the quality work your vehicle deserves. Our reputation attracts enthusiasts and luxury vehicle owners from across Southern California and far beyond, and we are proud to be the go-to destination for discerning car owners who will not settle for anything less than the best.

Question 3

Can I visit the shop before booking to see the facility and meet the team?

Accepted Answer

We welcome prospective clients to come by and see our facility, though we do ask that you contact us in advance to arrange a time so we can ensure a team member is available to give you a proper walkthrough without disrupting active installations in progress. Seeing our shop in person is often the best way to understand the level of care, organization, and attention to detail that goes into every project we take on. You will see firsthand the controlled environment, the quality of tooling and products we use, and the type of vehicles that come through our doors. If you have a specific vehicle in mind for a service, we are happy to discuss the project in detail during your visit and answer any questions you have before you make any decisions.

Question 4

Do you offer any warranty on your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All XPEL products installed by Bulletproof Auto Spa are covered by XPEL’s manufacturer warranty, which is one of the strongest in the automotive protection industry. XPEL’s paint protection film carries a 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and hazing under normal use conditions. XPEL’s window tint products carry their own manufacturer warranty covering delamination, color change, and material defects. These warranties are only valid through authorized installers, which is one of the key advantages of choosing an XPEL-certified partner like Bulletproof Auto Spa rather than a non-certified shop. In addition to the product warranties, we stand behind the quality of our own installation workmanship and address any installation-related concerns for every client we work with.

Question 5

How long will my vehicle need to be at the shop?

Accepted Answer

The time your vehicle needs to be with us depends entirely on the scope of services being performed. A standalone window tint installation typically takes one day. A paint correction and ceramic coating service generally requires two to three days to allow for proper prep, correction work, coating application, and curing time. PPF installations range from one to two days for a partial front package up to five to seven days for a full-vehicle wrap on a complex body style. Combined packages that include PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint may require a week or more depending on vehicle size and complexity. We provide a clear timeline estimate for every project during the consultation phase so you can plan accordingly, and we always communicate proactively if any unexpected factors arise that might affect the schedule.

Question 6

What should I expect when I bring my car in?

Accepted Answer

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, the process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your vehicle’s paint condition, conducted under high-intensity lighting to reveal any existing swirl marks, scratches, chips, staining, or paint defects that should be addressed before or during the service. We document the condition of the vehicle with photographs before any work begins, which protects both you and us and ensures complete transparency. We then walk you through our findings and the scope of work that was discussed during your consultation, confirming all details before proceeding. Your car is then kept in our secure, climate-controlled facility for the duration of the project, and we maintain clear, proactive communication with you throughout, including progress updates as major milestones are completed. At pickup, we review the completed work with you directly and walk you through any maintenance recommendations specific to the services performed.

Question 7

Why is Bulletproof Auto Spa appointment-only?

Accepted Answer

The appointment-only model is a deliberate and foundational part of how we operate, and it exists entirely in service of quality. When a shop accepts walk-in traffic and operates on volume, vehicles inevitably get rushed, attention gets divided, and the level of care applied to any individual car drops in proportion to how many others are competing for the team’s time. By accepting only scheduled appointments, we can guarantee that every vehicle in our shop at any given time is receiving our team’s complete, focused effort from start to finish. This means more time spent on preparation, more careful installation work, more thorough quality inspection before delivery, and a genuinely personalized experience for every client. It is the model that the caliber of work we do demands, and our clients consistently recognize the difference.

Question 8

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

We operate by appointment only, and the process is straightforward. The best way to get started is to visit our contact page at bulletproofautospa.com/contact and fill out our inquiry form with your vehicle details and the services you are interested in, or call us directly at (424) 468-3087 during business hours. We respond to all inquiries promptly and typically schedule a free paint inspection and consultation as the first step before confirming any service booking. This initial consultation ensures we understand your goals, assess your vehicle’s current condition accurately, and recommend the right combination of services for your specific situation. We never pressure clients into packages or services that do not genuinely serve their needs.

Question 9

Can you design custom graphics or advertising wraps for my vehicle or fleet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have in-house graphic designers who specialize in creating custom vehicle graphics, motorsport racing liveries, and full branded advertising wraps designed entirely around your vision, brand identity, or competition requirements. Whether you need a single show car with a one-of-a-kind livery, a branded wrap for a business vehicle, or a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet wrap program for commercial use, we handle the entire process from concept and design through production and installation. Every project begins with a detailed design brief, and we work iteratively with clients to refine the graphics before any material is cut. Our installations are executed with the same precision and attention to detail that we bring to our PPF and ceramic work, because visual quality matters just as much when your vehicle is representing your brand on the road.

Question 10

Can window tint be combined with other services like PPF or ceramic coating?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, and combining window tint with other protective services is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to comprehensively protect your vehicle in a single visit. Many of our clients schedule window tint as part of a broader package that includes paint protection film on the exterior painted surfaces and ceramic coating on the paint and exterior glass. Having all services performed together means less total time without your vehicle, a cohesive finish across all surfaces, and the opportunity to bundle services at a more favorable total investment. We coordinate the sequencing of each service to ensure there is no interference between the installation processes, and we discuss the full scope of work with every client during the initial consultation.

Question 11

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way to get started is to reach out through our contact page at bulletproofautospa.com/contact or call us directly at (424) 468-3087. We offer a free paint inspection and quote for every prospective client. Because pricing is highly dependent on your specific vehicle’s size, body style, current paint condition, and the particular combination of services you are considering, we always recommend an in-person or photo-based consultation before providing a final figure. This ensures our recommendation is truly tailored to your vehicle rather than a generic package that may not address your actual needs or goals.

Question 12

Are you an authorized or certified installer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bulletproof Auto Spa is an exclusive XPEL-certified partner in Los Angeles, which is one of the most distinguished designations a shop can hold in the automotive protection industry. This certification means we have been directly trained, vetted, and authorized by XPEL to install their full product lineup, including their industry-leading paint protection films, professional ceramic coatings, and nano-ceramic window tint. XPEL does not certify just any shop. The certification process is rigorous and requires demonstrated installation skill, a controlled facility environment, and an ongoing commitment to quality standards. Being an XPEL partner also means our customers benefit from the full manufacturer warranty on all XPEL products, which is only valid through authorized installers like us.

Question 13

What is Bulletproof Auto Spa and where are you located?

Accepted Answer
